As investors increasingly turn their gaze toward digital infrastructure and AI, the overarching themes of geopolitical conflicts and climate change color the investment decision. “Today, the spotlight is on digital infrastructure, AI and hyperscale data centers, prompting a reflection on potential parallels to the 2000 internet bubble,” explains Goodwin Gaw, chairman, managing principal and co-founder of Gaw Capital Partners, in an interview titled, “Blending an institutional, entrepreneurial strategy,” published in the February issue of Institutional Real Estate Americas.
