A new economy is emerging in India that will need support from the industrial and logistics real estate sectors. This expected increase in demand for supporting infrastructure and real estate creates an attractive investment opportunity, according to a report titled, “Opportunities on many fronts: The rise of Indian industrial and logistics,” by Actis’ Raghvendra Chandak, director of real estate, and Brian Chinappi, partner and head of real estate, which was published in the February issue of Institutional Real Estate Asia Pacific.
