Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions, a vertically integrated real estate investment and operating platform focused exclusively on shallow-bay, multitenant light industrial real estate, announced the acquisition of three shallow-bay industrial properties totaling 595,705 square feet across key markets in Orlando and Dallas/Fort Worth. The assets include Silver Star Commerce Center, an eight-building, 254,915-square-foot property in Orlando; 429 Business Center, a seven-building, 259,378-square-foot property also in Orlando; and Garden Brook, a two-building, 81,412-square-foot property located in Farmers Branch, Texas, part of the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth area.
