Southwest Value Partners raises equity for newest real estate fund

Southwest Value Partners, a privately held real estate investment company, has raised $135 million for its most recent real estate fund, according to a filing with the SEC. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.

Southwest Value Partners Fund XIX will invest in real estate located in growth markets within the domestic United States.

The fund’s predecessor, Southwest Value Partners Fund XVIII, held a final close in 2017. Southwest Value Partners Fund XVII held a $296 million final close in April 2015, reaching its target after four months of fundraising. Southwest Value Partners Fund XVI raised $170.4 million in 2014.
