South Korea’s Shinhan Alpha REIT has plans to buy 37,600 square meters (404,720 square feet) of office space in Twincity Namsan in central Seoul for 238.6 billion won ($201.6 million) from KB Asset Management, reported The Investor.
The property occupies 18 floors above ground and two basement floors of the 30-story commercial building. The floors above the office segment are owned by Macquarie Asset Management and are used for hotel accommodations.
