Sondra Wenger has joined KBS as head of capital markets.
In her new role, Wenger will lead institutional capital raising strategy across separate accounts, co-investments and funds, with a focus on designing tailored structures that meet investor demand for flexibility and speed.Over the course of her career, Wenger has led investment teams responsible for more than $17 billion in closed real estate transactions in 50-plus U.S. markets. She has helped raise $2.8 billion in committed capital, led more than $9 billion in joint ventures and participated in six fund formations. Before joining KBS, she held senior roles at CBRE Investment Management, CIM Group, General Electric and Equity Office Properties Trust, in addition to working with AMB (now Prologis).
