Slate Asset Management, a Canadian real estate investment platform, is marketing a new real estate fund, according to a filing with the SEC. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.
The closed-end fund, Slate European Real Estate Fund III, will target assets throughout Europe. The firm invests across opportunistic and value-add assets. A fundraising target was not disclosed in the filing.
The firm currently has multiple equity strategies in Canada, Europe and the United States with access to both public and institutional capital.
