Slate Asset Management holds third close of Slate European Essential Real Estate Income Fund
Slate Asset Management has reached a third close for Slate European Essential Real Estate Income Fund (SEEREIF).
SEEREIF is backed by a diversified group of global institutional investors.
The fund is part of Slate’s core-plus investment strategy focused on European essential real estate, which targets cashyielding assets critical to the supply chain, with high credit quality tenants, such as grocery and other essential consumer goods providers, healthcare assets, and affiliated warehouses and logistics centers.
