Skydance Media has closed its $321 million purchase of two office buildings in the Lantana office complex in Santa Monica, Calif., according to The Real Deal.
Together, the two properties, Lantana Center and Lantana West, are known as the north campus and total 278,680 square feet. Amenities include outdoor lounges, laundry services and a screening room.
Skydance bought the properties from a joint venture comprised of Artisan Realty Advisors and Brightstone Capital Partners. The joint venture still owns roughly 203,700 square feet of the South portion of the campus.
Skydance accompanies Beachbody and Tennis Channel as tenants at the campus.
