The San Joaquin County (Calif.) Employees’ Retirement Association (SJCERA) has committed $75 million to Hines Rialto Credit Partners.
With a fundraising goal of $1.5 billion, Hines Rialto Credit Partners is a closed-end fund targeting high-quality office assets in the United States. The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Kern County (Calif.) Employees Retirement Association also committed to this fund in recent months.
SJCERA, a public pension fund, had $5.2 billion in total assets under management, as of March 13. As of Dec. 31, 2025, the fund had $486.1 million in total real estate assets with a 17 percent real estate allocation target.
