SJCERA commits $100m to Invesco U.S. Income Fund

The San Joaquin County (Calif.) Employees’ Retirement Association (SJCERA) has committed $100 million to Invesco U.S. Income Fund, according to meeting materials from Sept. 12.

Invesco U.S. Income Fund is an open-end, core-plus fund that invests in multifamily, office, retail and industrial assets in the United States. The San Diego City Employees Retirement System committed $50 million to this fund in January.

As of Dec. 31, 2024, SJCERA had $4.6 billion in total assets under management, with a 17 percent real estate allocation target and $426 million in total real estate assets.

San Jose Police and Fire commit $34m to Corebridge and Kayne Anderson

The San Jose Police and Fire Retirement System has committed $34 million to real estate funds, including Corebridge U.S. Real Estate Fund V and Kayne Anderson Real Estate Partners VII.
