Singaporean investment firm Sun Venture has plans to buy WeWorkâs freehold office buildings in London, with an estimated sales price of £150 million (âĴ177 million/$200 million), Estates Gazette reported. The seller is WeWork-affiliated investment firm Ark.
The office is located at 120 Moorgate, an office building in Finsbury Square, City of London, with WeWork occupying 156,000 square feet.
WeWork, together with partner Rhone Group, purchased 120 Moorgate in May 2017 for £43 million (âĴ51 million/$57 million).
