Singapore mall placed on market with $338m sales price

Hong Kong-based real estate firm Wharf Real Estate Investment Company (Wharf REIC), formerly known as Wheelock Properties, has put the freehold retail podium at Scotts Square, Singapore, on the market with a S$450 million ($338 million) price tag, reported The Business Times.

Scotts Square is a mixed-use property developed by the seller and completed in 2011. It consists of two luxury residential towers of 43 and 34 stories with a total of 338 apartments and a retail podium. The retail space spans four stories, from Basement 1 to Level 3, and has a gross floor area of 130,875 square feet.
