Chancerygate has appointed Simon Cowley from M7 Investment Group to lead its investment and asset management operations.
Cowley will be responsible for driving the strategy and performance of existing joint ventures, identifying and developing new investor partnerships and growing assets under management.
He brings more than 20 years’ experience in investment, structured finance and fund management across the commercial real estate sector in the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia Pacific. This includes holding senior roles at CBRE Asia Pacific and ICG. At M7, he focused on fund strategy and performance in the United Kingdom and European industrial and urban logistics sector.
