Ascend Properties has been appointed principal regional leasing partner by U.K. residential build-to-rent and regeneration specialist Sigma Capital Group.
Ascend will be assisting with the leasing and asset management of Sigma’s large and growing portfolio of new-build family rental homes. Homes are marketed under the Simple Life brand, which aims to set a new standard of customer care in the private rental market.
Ascend currently oversees approximately 10,000 residential units across the country, which is set to grow to more than 15,000 by 2023. This new mandate with Sigma cements its position as the United Kingdom’s largest leasing management agency specializing in single-family homes in the fast-growing build-to-rent sector; Ascend currently manages more than 6,000 single-family homes, which is set to grow to over 10,000 by 2023.
