ShopOne Centers REIT has promoted Bob Dake to COO and Tom Shine to senior vice president, property management.
Dake has been with ShopOne since 2018. Previously, he served as ShopOne’s executive vice president of leasing. Prior to joining ShopOne, he served as vice president of national accounts at Brixmor, where he managed relationships and leasing activities with major retailers across the firm’s national portfolio. Dake, who is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the organization’s New York Next Generation and NEXUS Planning Committees, holds a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University and a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.
Shine, who possesses more than 32 years of experience in commercial real estate, joined ShopOne at its founding in 2017, after serving as director of property management at Devonshire REIT since 2014. His most recent position within the firm was vice president, prop
