SFO Group and Swiss Life form JV
Swiss Life Asset Managers has sold a majority stake in the German value-added office portfolio Artemis to the SFO Group.
The Lebanese multifamily office and global real estate investment company SFO and Swiss Life Asset Managers remain co-investment partners. Corpus Sireo Real Estate, part of Swiss Life Asset Managers in Germany, will continue to be responsible for the portfolio as local asset manager.
Swiss Life Asset Managers acquired the Artemis portfolio with support from Corpus Sireo Real Estate in March 2018 from Goldman Sachs. The portfolio consists of 11 office properties, predominantly located in North Rhine-Westphalia and the Rhine-Main region. The total area is around 108,000 square meters.
