Savills Korea has successfully completed its exclusive sales advisory mandate for Gangnam 358 Tower, a prime office asset located Seoul’s Gangnam Business District (GBD).
The transaction was completed with Hyunsong Educational & Cultural Foundation at a total consideration of KRW 445 billion ($314 million). The property comprises approximately 32,681 square meters (351,572 square feet) of gross floor area and is leased to high-quality tenants, including affiliates of Samsung Group.
