Selective investment, market dislocations and standout niches signal optimism in real estate

Progress is occurring, but cautiously. The strong fundamentals and enduring structural demand are creating attractive opportunities across sectors. The market today feels healthier — measured, but functional. Bid-ask spreads are narrowing, capital is returning, and managers with operational expertise are well positioned to drive the next phase of the recovery. The market is becoming more selective: quality — in both assets and execution — is being rewarded.
