Seefried Industrial Properties has plans for the development of a new 1.6 million-square-foot Amazon center in Troup County, Ga. The planned facility, which is anticipated to launch in 2027, will be Amazon’s third sortation center in Georgia.

Located along State Route 54/East Main Street near Bass Cross Road, the facility will serve as a critical node in Amazon’s national logistics network.
