Sean Gulian has left Waterford to take a new director position at Nuveen, based in Newport Beach, Calif.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as director, housing acquisitions & dispositions at Nuveen, a TIAA company!” stated Gulian in a recent LinkedIn posting. The employment change went into effect in June.
Gulian previously served as director of acquisitions at Waterford for nearly two years. His earlier experience includes stints at Eastdil Secured, HFF and Deloitte Consulting dating back to 2012, according to his LinkedIn page.
Gulian received his Bachelor’s degree from the UCLA.
