The San Diego County Employees Retirement Association (SDCERA) has committed $250 million to Hines U.S. Property Partners, a program of Hines.
Hines U.S. Property Partners is an open-end, core-plus fund that invests in diversified property types in the United States.
SDCERA, a public pension fund, had $19.4 billion in total assets under management, as of Dec. 31, 2024. As of then, it had a 10 percent real estate allocation target with $1.6 billion in total real estate assets.
