Scott Dunphy has been named managing director of real estate portfolio management at MetLife Investment Management.
Dunphy joined the firm in 2018 as an associate and assistant portfolio manager. Since then, he has held several roles within the organization, including director, real estate portfolio manager from 2021 to 2025, and most recently senior director, real estate portfolio manager, a position he assumed in 2025 prior to his promotion to managing director.
