Schroders strengthens U.S. real estate team
Schroders has announced the appointment of David Sullivan to head of strategic partnerships, North America.
In this newly created role, Sullivan’s responsibilities will include sourcing capital for both existing and new U.K. and European strategies from investors in the United States and Canada.
Most recently, he was a senior director at Baring Real Estate Advisers, focused on raising capital for a range of funds, separate accounts and club deals.
