SC Capital Partners Group has appointed Felix Chan as a managing director for its RECAP Fund series.
Based in Singapore, Chan will focus on RECAP acquisitions across the Asia Pacific region.
Chan joins from GIC Private, where he amassed more than 16 years of real estate investment management experience in Japan and China, investing across the real estate capital spectrum via debt and equity within multiple asset classes.
At GIC, Chan held senior roles as deputy head of real estate in Japan, and senior vice president in both Tokyo and Shanghai.
