SC Capital Partners Group has acquired a residential compound comprising five high-end townhouses in Chung Hom Kok, one of Hong Kong’s established low-density residential neighbourhoods, through the sixth series of its Pan-Asia diversified opportunistic fund, Real Estate Capital Asia Partners VI (RECAP VI).
Occupying a site of approximately 21,000 square feet, the property’s townhouses each offer generous internal living areas, extensive outdoor space and dedicated parking, characteristics that are increasingly difficult to replicate within Hong Kong’s tightly constrained luxury residential market.
SC Capital Partners intends to undertake a comprehensive asset enhancement program to reposition the property into a premium luxury residential offering. The refurbishment will include extensive upgrades to the interiors, façade and arrival experience, together with the introduction of private elevators and other features designed to better meet the high expectations
