Savills IM strengthens UK business development team to support growth

Savills Investment Management has hired Lucy Williams as head of client capital, United Kingdom.

In her new role, she will oversee client and relationships and capital raising in the U.K. market, fostering existing relationships and developing new contacts for Savills IM’s real estate equity and private debt offering. She will also be responsible for relationships with global consultants who will report to the HQ in the United Kingdom. Williams will also be coordinating the approach to the global consultants.

Williams has more than 25 years’ experience in business development, capital raising, account management and investor relations, including 15 years in real estate fund management. She joins Savills IM from M&G Real Estate, where she was most recently head of business development and investor relations. She also previously held the role of director of institutional business for United Kingdom and Europe at the firm.
