Spanish real estate consultancy firm Savills Aguirre Newman has opened a new office in Valencia, Spain, in an effort to boost the volume of operations in the country.
Ignacio Olivas Dols has been appointed to head the new office. He has worked at Savills for more than seven years, most recently in the high street retail team.
The office will offer a range of services on both the transactional and non-transactional side, such as advisory on retail, hotels, residential and alternative assets, as well as valuations, architecture and consultancy, according to Savills.
The new office in Valencia sits alongside three other Savills Aguirre Newman offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Malaga.
