David Kellett as head of hotel capital markets, EMEA
Maximilian Jedlicki as head of corporate finance, Central and Northern Europe
Julen Souto as national director, corporate finance, Spain
Angelia Lim as chairwoman of Savills Capital Advisors, Asia Pacific
David Kellett joined on Sept. 1 as head of Savills Hotel Capital Markets team in EMEA. He is based at the company’s Margaret Street headquarters in London, as part of Savills’ market-leading Operational Capital Markets division. David has 26 years’ industry experience, including the last 12 years on the principal side at Invesco and IHG. He previously worked in investment banking and corporate finance advisory.
