Savanna Real Estate Fund V, a value-add real estate fund managed by Savanna Partners, has collected $49.9 million, according to a recent filing with the SEC.
The fund opened to investors in December 2019. It will invest in CBD office, retail and mixed-use assets in the United States. An equity fundraising target was not disclosed in the filing.
The fund’s predecessor, Savanna Real Estate Fund IV, closed in 2017 with $591 million in capital commitments, making it Savanna’s largest fundraise to date.
