San Francisco tenants bounce back

by Released

Tenant demand for office space is bouncing back and reached 5.4 million square feet in early June 2021, according to CBRE.

This is a significant uptick after the COVID-19 outbreak and subsequent work-from-home mandates placed many plans on hold. This growing interest remains below the 6.5 million to 7 million square feet of consistent demand that commanded San Francisco’s office demand pre-pandemic, but the quick bounce back indicates the beginning of the anticipated recovery.
