The San Antonio Fire & Police Pension Fund (SAFPPF) has committed $25 million to Covenant Apartment Fund XII.
The commitment is a re-up, with SAFPPF having committed to Funds VII through XI.
Covenant Apartment Fund XII will invest with a value-added strategy to acquire 35–40 undervalued apartment communities in the Sun Belt region of the United States and will reposition each asset through renovations and re-leasing strategies.
