Salter Brothers has formed a strategic partnership with TC Hotels & Resorts Beppu Corporation (TCH&R-B), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tokyo Century Corporation, to pursue hotel and hospitality opportunities in Japan.
The partnership, which will cover both existing and new assets, will allow Salter Brothers to apply their experience refurbishing, rebranding and repositioning existing assets with international operators to the Japanese market. International brands traditionally have been underrepresented in the Japanese hotel market, offering an opportunity for the new partnership.
