Simon Heilpern has been appointed by London-based Salamanca Group to lead its real estate team.
With more than 30 years’ property experience across use classes, Heilpern provides strategic investment and development advice for a wide range of clients on acquisitions and dispositions, asset management, and technical services. He is responsible for supporting and managing real estate transaction requests across the United Kingdom, with a focus on London, and mainland Europe.
Prior to Salamanca Group, he was a senior equity partner at Levy Real Estate (2001–2016) and held senior positions at Healey & Baker (now Cushman & Wakefield) and Hillier Parker (now CBRE). Heilpern also runs a serviced office (The Office Quay) in Canary Wharf and is the co-founder of Deposit Doctor, the property deposit cure.
