RXR launches $50m tech investment fund
RXR Realty Corp. has plans to raise a $50 million fund to invest in real estate technology startups, according to Bloomberg.
Recently, RXR Realty Corp. invested in MetaProp Ventures II, managed by MetaProp NYC, which recently closed with $40 million. The fund will invest in startups across the proptech landscape, with investments in 3D printing, blockchain, co-working/co-living, augmented reality and digital energy management across all global real estate asset types including residential, office, retail, hotel and industrial.
