Rouse Properties has agreed to acquire two regional malls from affiliates of The Macerich Co. for $292.5 million. The malls were the 862,000-square-foot Centre at Salisbury in Salisbury, Md., and the 1 million-square-foot Chesterfield Towne Center in Richmond, Va.
