Rolls-Royce appoints Cushman & Wakefield on global mandate

Rolls-Royce has appointed Cushman & Wakefield to handle an expanded role supporting its global property requirements.

The appointment extends a partnership that first began in the United States in 2012, expanded into Europe the following year and has now been extended further into Asia Pacific, a key growth market for the firm, and South America.

Rolls-Royce provides products and services across five business areas of Civil Aerospace, Defence Aerospace, Marine, Nuclear and Power Systems. Its property portfolio encompasses offices, manufacturing facilities, test centers, storage and associated real estate

The contract will be managed by Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services business. The firm will deliver transaction management, occupier management, strategic consultancy and lease administration services.
