Rockefeller Group has sold 800 Willowbrook Road, a class A warehouse/distribution property totaling 453,600 square feet in Northampton, Pa., for $91 million.
Link Logistics acquired the asset.

Rockefeller Group Logistics Park includes three logistics buildings totalling 1.8 million square feet.
Completed in 2022, the cross-dock distribution facility features 36’ clear heights, four drive-in doors, 90 dock doors, 59 trailer stalls and 264 auto parking spaces.
