RocaPoint Partners to lead $1b mixed-use redevelopment in South Carolina
Greenville County (S.C.) Council has approved a new $1 billion shopping-working-residential neighborhood for Greenville’s West End.
The redevelopment of the 37 acres along University Ridge will be lead by RocaPoint Partners, an affiliate of The Georgetown Co. The redevelopment will add approximately 3 million square feet of new class A office, retail, hotels, residential and public spaces, as well as a new build-to-suit county government building.
The development team for the project includes local partner KDS Commercial Properties LLC, a Greenville-based commercial real estate firm, and architects Foster+Partners and Wakefield Beasley & Associates.
A construction timeline for the project was not disclosed.
