German logistics asset manager RLI Investors has begun marketing its third fund, the RLI European Logistics Backbone Fund.
The investment vehicle is structured as an open-end Luxembourg SICAV-RAIF, targeting institutional investors with long-term investment horizons. The fund invests in core and core-plus logistics properties, with a focus on supply logistics, in central Europe — primarily Germany.
The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and macroeconomic trends in RLI's target countries have prompted the company to adapt its geographical allocation for future investments, according to RLI. Regions of focus still include Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Austria and Slovakia. France, however, has largely been ruled out as an investment location.
