Riverstone Capital Partners seeks $200m for new logistics fund

Private real estate investment management firm Riverstone Capital Partners is seeking to raise $200 million for its new logistics fund, according to MiBiz.

Riverstone Capital Partners’ Riverstone Investment Fund will invest in industrial logistics facilities in the Midwest and southeastern United States. The vehicle will focus on acquiring smaller warehouses and distribution centers and hold properties for up to eight years before selling.

The Riverstone Investment Fund opened to investors in November, according to a document filed with the SEC. According to MiBiz, fundraising is well under way, and the sponsor has secured commitments from high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors and family offices.
