Raghunath Davloor, president and COO of RioCan REIT since 2014, has decided to pursue other opportunities and will resign from his current role effective July 31, 2018. Davloor joined RioCan REIT in 2008 as its CFO.
Jonathan Gitlin has been appointed COO of RioCan effective Aug. 1, 2018, a promotion from his current role as senior vice president, investments and residential. Gitlin will assume all the roles and responsibilities currently held by Davloor and will continue to oversee the REIT’s investment and the residential program. Gitlin joined RioCan in 2005 and has been the head of the REIT’s investment team since 2007.
