RFR Realty is in talks to pay $400 million for the 597,986-square-foot office building at 900 Third Ave. in Manhattan, reported The Real Deal.
The New York firm is negotiating with Paramount Group, which bought the asset in 1999 for $164.8 million.
The 1985-era building is about 80 percent occupied.
