Kairos Investment Management Company has raised $87.8 million for its Redwood-Kairos Real Estate Value Fund VIII, according to a recent filing with the SEC.
Launched in October 2020, Redwood-Kairos Real Estate Value Fund VIII has attracted 146 investors, according to the filing. The value-add fund will invest in diversified real estate debt in the United States and has a fundraising target of $300 million.
Kairos Investment Management Company is a real estate investment company and registered investment adviser. Kairos and its affiliates have invested more than $2.7 billion in more than 17 million square feet of space, including 19,000 multifamily units, according to the company’s website.
