Redevco buys shopping mall in U.K. for £12m

Redevco has acquired the United Kingdom–based White Lion Walk covered shopping mall on behalf of one of its investors for £12 million ($13 million).

The property is located adjacent to Marks & Spencer, as well as the recently refurbished Friary Center, according to the website of Green & Partners, who advised Redevco on the transaction.

Located in the heart of Guildford, an affluent town in the county of Surrey, the mall is approximately 44 kilometers (27 miles) southwest of London.
