Redevco has acquired a portfolio of four transport-led logistics assets in Germany, further expanding its logistics platform to 11.9 million square feet and approximately €1 billion ($1.16 billion) in assets under management across 32 assets.
The portfolio consists of three truck service facilities in Frechen, Hirschberg, and Langenhagen, and a full-service truck stop in Malsfeld. Fully occupied and located close to major German cities and infrastructure networks, the assets provide 87,000 square meters (approximately 936,500 square feet) of gross lettable area and offer exposure to transport-led real estate in key logistics corridors.
