Red Oak Capital Holdings has named Jeff Pirhalla as managing director, production. Based in the firm’s Charlotte, N.C., headquarters, he will lead loan-origination strategy and production initiatives for the firm’s lending platform.
Bringing more than 25 years of national lending experience across Agency, CMBS, bridge and portfolio executions, Pirhalla is responsible for the development and implementation of portfolio mix, growth targets, and market penetration objectives for the firm.
Pirhalla joins Red Oak from BankFinancial, where he oversaw its national commercial real estate lending platform. Previously, he served as a director at Greystone, originating Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), bridge and FHA loans nationwide across institutional-quality multifamily and commercial real estate assets.
