Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics. The largest transactions were an office complex and an apartment property in Chicago and New York City.
Ivanhoe Cambridge and Callahan Capital Partners have purchased the office located at 180 North Lasalle Street in Chicago for $198 million. The seller was Beacon Capital Partners.
And in Brooklyn, World Wide Group has acquired The Viridian for $103 million.
