Ivanhoe Cambridge and Callahan Capital Partners have purchased the office located at 180 North Lasalle Street in Chicago for $198 million. The seller was Beacon Capital Partners.
And in Brooklyn, World Wide Group has acquired The Viridian for $103 million.
