In New York City, 530-536 Broadway was sold to joint venture partners Jeff Sutton and SL Green Realty Corp. for $326 million. The sellers were Thor Equities and Premier Equities.
The Bailey Farm, located in Bothell, Wa., sold for $91.5 million to Kennedy Wilson and Capri Capital Partners. The seller was Wolff Co.
