Recent commercial real estate transactions

Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics. The largest transactions were a shopping center in Florida and an apartment complex in New York City.

Prudential Real Estate Investors purchased the The Mercato, an outdoor mall in Naples, Fla., for approximately $240 million. The sellers are Madison Marquette, The Lutgert Cos. and Barron Colliers Cos. The deal was reported in April.

And in Manhattan, the 199-unit The Petersfield was purchased by Akelius Fastigheter AB for $167.5 million. The apartment complex was sold by the Tausik family.
